Aging:  in oak barrels for 2 years and 6 months.

Color: garnet red with orange highlights.

Fragrance: large and intensely ethereal, reminiscent of roses and violets of great harmony.

Taste:  important, dry, warm and harmonious.

Serving Temperature:  18°- 20° C.

Pairing suggestion: roasts, game, mature cheeses, excellent at the end of a meal.
