Shipment
Our company utilizes express couriers for guaranteed shipments across Singapore within 2-3 working days, even during peak seasons like Christmas. A tracking information email will be sent to you on the day of the shipment. Rest assured, all products purchased on vinosapio.com are insured during transport by us and are carried at our own risk.
Delay
Delivery is completed upon full settlement of the goods. Regrettably, any delivery delays will not result in compensation, be taken into consideration, or permit order cancellation. Nevertheless, if the goods remain undelivered after 10 days from payment, upon formal claim by the customer, the transaction can be annulled by either party. The customer will then promptly receive a refund of the payment, excluding any additional compensation or losses, within 1 week of annulment.
Complaints / Breakages
We strongly advise customers to thoroughly inspect all received items. Any shortage or breakage must be immediately reported to the delivery team. Kindly note that complaints will not be entertained unless this protocol is adhered to. In cases of damaged packages, please mark “RESERVE” on the delivery document and notify us via email at info@vinosapio.com with accompanying photos of the issue.
FREE SHIPPING IN SINGAPORE
Orders above 250$ are eligible for complimentary shipping in Singapore. For orders below this threshold, a shipping fee of 20$ applies.
ORDERS CUT-OFF: Midnight
Deliveries are scheduled on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, spanning 12 to 18:30. Kindly furnish an address where a recipient can accept the order, such as an office or trusted establishment, for seamless delivery.
