Aging: in wood at least 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels by Franz Stockinger; in bottle at least 4 months in conditioned room.

Color: clear, ruby red with garnet reflections.

Fragrance: fruity aromas, well blended with the sweet woods with which it was refined.

Taste: to the mouthfeel is soft and elegant, supported by an extraordinary freshness that extends over a very pleasing finish.

Serving Temperature: open at least an hour before pouring and serve at 18° C.

Pairing suggestion: grilled meat, traditional ragù, seasoned cheese.
